Everything you need to know before you start.
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with Growth's limits and features. You don't need a card to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
What counts as an active request?
An active request is one that's still collecting documents. Drafts, completed and cancelled requests don't count, and no plan limits the number of clients or templates.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
You can still create and save drafts. To send another request, complete or cancel one you no longer need, or move to a bigger plan.
Can I change my plan or billing period later?
Yes. The workspace owner can change plan, or switch between monthly and yearly, at any time in Settings → Billing. A change takes effect straight away, and the unused part of your current plan counts towards the new one.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars, or in pounds sterling for firms in the UK, excluding VAT. Payments are handled by Stripe, and card details never reach GarnerDocs.
Do my clients pay anything or need an account?
No. Your clients open the private link you send them and upload directly. There's no registration and no password to remember.
