What each plan costs and includes.

GarnerDocs has three plans, billed monthly or yearly in USD. A year costs ten months, so yearly billing gets you two months free. They differ in how many requests can collect documents at once, how many people can join, and a few features.

Everything else is on every plan: requests, templates, the client upload link, review, automatic reminders, workflows, the Documents page and search.
What the limits mean
- Active requests are requests that are still collecting documents. Drafts, completed and cancelled requests don't count. What counts as an active request
- Team members counts everyone in the workspace, owner included, plus invitations that haven't expired.
- No plan limits the number of clients or templates.
See your plan and usage
The owner can open Settings → Billing. The card at the top shows your plan, its status, the price and the renewal date, with a bar for Active requests and one for Team members. Below it are the three plans, with a Monthly / Yearly switch above them. Your plan's card says how it's billed, for example "Growth · billed yearly · renews …".
When you reach a limit
- Active requests: you can still create and save drafts, but Send request shows "You've reached your plan's … active requests. Complete or cancel one, or upgrade for more."
- Team members: the Team page shows an upgrade card instead of Invite member.
- A feature not on your plan: its page shows an upgrade card with a link to Settings → Billing.
Good to know
- Only the owner sees Settings → Billing. Admins and members don't.
- During your 14-day free trial you get Growth's limits and features. Your free trial
- You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. Change or cancel your plan
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never reach GarnerDocs.
