What each figure and card means, the date ranges, and CSV export on Pro.
Last updated · Facts checked
The Reports page, in the sidebar, shows how quickly your clients send what you ask for. Pick a period from the date range menu at the top. Everyone in your workspace can see it.
Date ranges
Choose This month, Last month, Last 90 days or This year. Each is compared with the previous month, year or 90 days. The line under the heading names the exact days, for example "1–19 October 2026 compared with September 2026." Days follow your workspace's timezone.
The five figures
| Figure | How it's counted |
|---|---|
| Requests sent | Requests sent to clients during the period. |
| Requests completed | Requests marked complete during the period. |
| Documents received | Files clients uploaded during the period, replacements included. |
| Avg. time to complete | For requests completed in the period, the average days from sending to completion. |
| Completed on time | Of the requests completed in the period that had a due date, the share completed on or before it. |
Under each figure is the change against the previous period, such as "+3 vs Sep": green is better, red is worse.
The cards
- Requests completed per week: the 12 weeks (Monday to Sunday) up to the end of the period. If the period includes today, the last bar is this week so far and is drawn lighter.
- Status distribution: every request that was open at some point in the period, by its status today: Completed, In progress, Awaiting client or Overdue. Due soon and In review requests count as In progress.
- Slowest clients: up to five clients with requests past their due date today, ranked by average days overdue (3 or more is shown in red). It shows where things stand now, whatever range you pick.
- Reminder effectiveness: of the reminders sent in the period, the share followed by an upload to the same request within 48 hours. It's broken down by reminder step, then manual reminders. The email that first sends the request isn't counted.
On Pro
Two more things are available on Pro, and during a free trial of Pro:
- By team member: for each person, their assigned requests that are active and overdue today, plus how many they completed in the period and their average time to complete.
- Export CSV: every request sent in the period, oldest first: client, request, status, assignee, sent, due and completed dates, documents received and requested, and days to complete.
On other plans, a card at the bottom explains that these are part of Pro. Plans and limits
Good to know
- A figure shows "—" when there's nothing to measure yet, such as no completed requests with a due date.
